Terms and Conditions for Payment


These terms form a legally binding agreement between Users (“User(s), you, your, yourself”) and Better Team Hiring Technologies Limited and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“InstaHire, we, us, our”). These terms shall govern the use of the mobile application (collectively referred to as “InstaHire Platform”) which enables the User to connect with us in relation to the services offered through the InstaHire Platform ("Services").

Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using, obtaining or availing any products or Services by InstaHire. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use you may refrain from using the InstaHire Platform and/or Services. These conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of InstaHire Platform and Services.


Pay-Per-Job Post Model:

This model only applies to all the Employers/Customers/Users who have signed up with Instahire. However, even if you are currently under this payment model, Instahire reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to no longer offer this payment model.

  1. Under the Pay-Per-Job Post Model, Employers/Customers/Users agree to pay a fixed price for each Job Post to view the details of all the candidates who have applied for the Job through Instahire.Note: Each Job Post is active for 30 days.

  2. Please note that the charges paid by the Employer/Customer, are not refundable. However, in the event a customer is not satisfied with the Service provided by Instahire, then they may send a mail to support@instahire.us . Instahire will review such mail, on a case to case basis, and may refund in the form of credit for Instahire services or credit to your credit/debit card which you used for transaction with InstaHire, if it deems fit.

  3. The pay-per-Job Post model can be canceled at any time by Instahire. Hires initiated before cancellation will not be affected.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Instahire uses third party payment providers to receive payment from User. The User agrees and accepts that all nuances and modalities relating to making payment using Internet Banking/ Debit / Credit Cards (“Virtual Payment Mode”) shall be separately governed by arrangement(s) / terms and conditions between the User and the relevant banks. We shall not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any liability that may arise in relation to the Virtual Payment Modes (including any fraudulent transaction).

  2. While availing any of the payment method(s) available on our Instahire Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to (a) lack of authorization for any transactions; (b) any payment issues arising out of the transaction or (c) decline of such transaction for any reason.

  3. The price of each Job Post is not transferable and non-negotiable.

  4. No Refunds are initiated until the job post is active which is 30 days.

  5. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned / disputed / unauthorized / fraudulent transactions will not be considered.

  6. If you have uninstalled Instahire, but have previously spent on Instahire, you are not entitled to a refund of previously spent amounts.

  7. Instahire reserves its right to change the charges for Services, at any time, without the requirement of any prior intimation to the User. Any such change shall be binding and effective on the User.

  8. In a credit card transaction; you must use your own credit card for which User has full right & authority to validly use such Credit Card for making payment to Instahire.

Instahire shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability in using a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

  1. Discounts/Coupons are automatically applied by InstaHire and we reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount/Coupon scheme at any time.

  2. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions

  3. Only one coupon will be accepted per purchase order.

  4. Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Instahire reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

  5. The coupons are not valid to be used with other promotions nor can it be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

  6. While using the Instahire Platform user shall at all times strictly comply with the payment procedure and the terms mentioned herein in their entirety.
